Letting AI loose has always been insanely stupid to me. They had the same arrogance just like the guys who were later shown in the terminator movies. Everybody might think itโs funny but just wait. As we see right now, this is not funny but oddly captivating and then itโs going to get worse and start making decisions for us. We already have cell phones that are constantly, listening to us using the cameras to record every single thing everyone does. Iโm sure a lot of people will think Iโm a dumbass and all that but I really donโt care, Iโm 57 years old and Iโve seen the destructive power of video games being a substitute for basketball and baseball, etc. Every morning you wake up and you look for the news or what have you and thereโs an ad for whatever you and colleague weโre talking about the day before. we just accept this like itโs OK. None of this is OK. I have an iPhone with the voice control turned off, but it still popped up very annoyingly at very inconvenient times. I heard kids are going back to the old flip phones and I think Iโm going to join them. I should type this on my computer or not use voiced to text on an iPhone.
