that’s my homie… lmao
Dude! You are sooo not lazy. Your home is amazing!
Love when people trade.
Man, this is a great lifestyle. And you are one true inspirational and funny presenter. There are lots of other videos on off grid cabins but when people talk about them, it’s so boring that it kind of makes the whole experience dull.
I admired your honesty and simplicity to live keep it up,. you’re doing great!
Haha this guy is a legend.
You’ve been saying (horse tail) you know horse tail is Medicinal Horse Tail tea is calming when sore mussels & can’t sleep Relaxes you…
Gotta love this guy; full of good information. I’m thinkin’….rhubarb wine?
Super cool Video! I totally respect your little gig up there in Alaska! This world would be a better place with more people like you brotha! Big Shout out from Skagit County, Washington.
Where does Bob live in Alaska, near Homer?
Honeycrisp Apple tree will get you apples on the fourth year living in North Dakota, remember to trim back very important….
Hi, does anyone know the cabins measurements? It’s perfect
He should sell cars, I bet he talks in his sleep
Cool video brother.
I want to live with him for one year. Heβs learned so much and has such great energy. Teach us everything you know.
Dude, if i were you i wouldn’t be walking around trying to convince people that your’e lazy. Your’e hardly that. I’m 56 and i know and can obviously see the results of back – breaking, hand – blistering labor. Great job. The only thing i would like to suggest to you is maybe some fencing around your fruit trees and crops. Deer n rabbits could wreck some shit, although i’m sure you probably already hunt game on your land too.
WOW 20 ACRES
Would love to meet this guy, thank you for all the ideas and guidance as well as a look at your life!
He’s a STARK!!
What about deer, bears, rabbits, mice and other little critters who want to eat from your garden? The bear are going to love your apples. You need a BIG fence now. Well done on the garden!!!! Good Luck.
You are one cool dude.
love your videos u need to put up rectangular fencing 2 ft off the ground for your raspberries to vine out instead of growing straight up.
You sir are a Genius
I want this to make is own channel.
Alot of respect for this good/funny man. Even more for the fact that he is a veteran.
Heβs a Stark! Winter in coming…
1:25 "From Wisconsin and Misoda"
Great video!!!
Try to plant your trees not so close, trees need room to grow
I would like to hear more from him, he sounds like a very interesting individual!! Keep up the work guys, my dad lived in Alaska for about 20 years before he moved down to the lower 48
Looks like homer. Damn horsetails were the bain of my existence last year. You pull them and by the time you exhale your next breath, they’ve grown back again.
Are you taking in people who would like to join you and help out with everything? I’ve been doing a lot contemplating about going off the grid. seems like this would be a great start
A wonderful Video Entertaining & Very Educational. ( I Love This I hope I see you More)…
TRY QUINCE IT MAKES GREAT JAM ECT AND THE GRAVENSTEINS ARE A GREAT CHOICE
dammit… now i wanna be a farmer
If you haven’t sold it yet you can get a lot of money for that VW van. Like enough to buy your own saw mill and just about anything else you want for your homestead. It’s a seriously bad ass van man.
Thanks again for sharing and I hope you continue to share your experiences and this amazing journey your on.
Man I love this guy
You sir and your lady friend are living my dream! Good luck!!π
thanks for posting. great job on your farm
U need a channel I be blaze ing watching his video

Nice one mateπ€π¬π§
Looks like you are off to a great start with everything. Growing anything through -60 in winter is the most challenge anyone can do. Lots of luck with everything. I’ll keep up to see what it looks like next year.
Have fun.
This man has more spirit and drive than I have ever seen. Congratulations
he’s alright in my book
I love this guy, cool personality
Amazing project. Any update for 2018?
Wow Rob’s cool, you really had a winner their!
Question, why is there no info on him in your info section? i mean you have links for just about everyone else you’ve interviewed, but nothing on rob…not even a face book.
