Both sides were wrong. Trucker for not using turn indicator. Also should have checked his mirrors again before turning. Car for taking over from the right side of the road(atleast that is not allowed in the netherlands). Also the car driver should be able to read the situation better. Why would a trucker go from the right lane to the left lane? To take a turn maybe? Since the car driver could see there was a road exit. The car driver should have read the situation a lot better is what is my opinion
