What a boring view of Christmas… It’s precisely the lack of natural sunlight that makes Christmas time so special, inspiring people to arrange their own decorative lighting at this time of year. Christmas is all about contrasts, the contrast between a cozy lit up interior and the darkness outside, the contrast between the warmth of a fireplace and a freezing cold snowy exterior. So, enjoy your long nights and dark skies while it lasts, soon enough the sun will again start hitting you in the face and you’ll be squinching your eyes like you’re on a beach on Ibiza…

I really want to travel up north to Nunavut. I’ve been to Yukon and Northwest territories before, it’s awesome there.
