How do people have no idea that you can bring food on a plane? I work as a security officer at the airport near me, and one time this guy brought a whole rotisserie chicken on the plane! It’s was so funny that I was laughing the whole time! I even told my manager about it and he thought it was hilarious!
Great for budget airlines that don’t serve or long distances if you need to snacks a-bit bc most airplanes serves & that shld be more than enuf till landing😁
Can it be hot cooked food and can you only have it on your carry on because I knowy sister but lots of snacks for international flight and had no issues
That’s correct however some Airlines do not allow you to consume outside purchased food on their flights and that’s normally the cheaper airlines that sell food but yeah that is a thing

Had a lovely breakfast in Copenhagen, that included Croissants that had cinnamon/chocolate filling/topping and was amazing! Was flying back to the US that morning- So I had to bring a few back for my family to try… 👍
I don’t eat baked goods in the US because they give me tummy issues, but in Europe, it’s not a problem. (Better ingredients) ❤
You might want to mention that this can only take place on flights that are not international. Try taking that cheese to another country see what happens. 😅
BUT OF COURSE YOU ARE ALLOWED THIS IS NOTHING NEW. AS FARCAS I AM AWARE NOT ALL AIRLINES SERVE FOOD – * NO CATERING* ONE OF THOSE AIRLINES WAS *RYANAIR* BUT I SUPPOSE A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE THEN
Yes I knew that!! My hubby just took a trip and I packed him a sub sandwich from Jersey Mike’ s in one container and snacks in a separate container for his flight. He I also a diabetic so he needs night time snacks because his blood sugar plummets at night. So I froze 4 crustable sandwiches and sent him with those as well. I am so grateful for finding out that we can bring solid foods for him to eat as he is disabled and this makes things so much easier for him!!
The only thing is that it depends on the airline you’re going on, and the country you are going to, you also need to remember that some countries, such as Australia require for you to declare any food that you have brought in/or has leftover from the flight..
No. I actually didn’t know that. For some reason when they say throw away all outside drinks at security, I categorized that as food . Thanks for sharing!

International flights too???
the thing is people don’t know you can only bring it domestically not internationally unless the food is on an approved list and declared in customs
You can’t bring drinks, I guess people automatically assume that food isn’t allowed too.
Looks so good
😊
Don’t eat pork!

My mom and I used to bring homemade meals on the plain. People were jealous. We kept the fragrance factor low.
That’s not the problem. It’s more we don’t want to have another bag to pay for, as they won’t let you board with too many bags.
