Rustic Dry Cabin Tour with Mountain Views in Chickaloon Alaska! **OFF MARKET**
OFF MARKET.
MLS: 22-9111 Brokerage: Valley Market Real Estate
Price: $150,000
Charming rustic dry cabin with million dollar views of the Chugach Mountain Range, Ida Lake and even down the valley to the Matanuska River. Watch sheep on Kings Mountain right out the bay window. The cabin comes fully furnished and is comfortably set up to use right away. Stunning outdoor entertaining area with established flower gardens, and fruit trees. The property holds tons of potential!
There is an outhouse on the property and electricity, no water available. The unique cabin is being sold as-is, it is functional but will need some love in the coming years. There is a shelf at the top of property that could be used for an additional cabin location or more gardens. Get creative with terracing and put in more gardening spaces. This would be a great fixer for someone wanting to live in the wonderful community of Chickaloon full-time or would be an excellent recreational cabin that is ready to go. Ida Lake access is available and further into Ida Lake subdivision (Oline Cir).
Don’t miss out on this completely captivating property that is full of charm and completely captures the imagination.
Great video and amazing landscape there, nice sharing πππ
How many acres is here
Nice cabin, thanks for sharing
So do we ask the moose to exit the bathroom or he can just be there when we need to go as there seems to be no door..also not too sure with lights on in the loo and my family can see me on the pot from the house. …otherwise looks bright and quite cheerful
Cost?
How long is the drive way and is it up hill
Is this property still available
How many acres does it have? Does the stove heat the whole building? And is their room to put in a tub or shower albeit no water at the moment?
Thanks..to inspire π

Can you please keep me updated on properties it’s coming
Ok, so itβs close to wildfires and has no water. Thanks for sharing.
I can see why it says "as-is" , it looks like the roof rafters are sagging pretty bad , I would guess $25K would solve most problems so all in all it’s not a bad deal . I doubt you would have to drill very far to get good water probably less than $20K and you have water or you can drill it yourself and save a lot of money .
I really love that cabin
nice video!!

It would be a wonderful home. I absolutely love the views. Was the outhouse open or was it windows?
