Think about wood plank looking linoleum. I put it on the floor of the last hour I built. Gotta tell yo it was fab. Easy to clean. 10 years later and it still looks good. Warm and easy on your feet and legs. Easy to put in an underlay paper and then float the linoleum. Much cheaper than anything else. I can’t tell you how many people come in and say cool floors. They have to get down and touch it when I say it’s a good grade rolled flooring.
